Rental rates 2024

With fully operational rental contracts from Van Ginkel BV Rental & Sales you have the most complete service package at your disposal. Because all your user costs (except fuel, tires and VAT) are included, you have a good overview of the costs and you can budget and monitor them excellently.

The complete rental contracts of Van Ginkel BV Rental & Sales is a completely off-balance sheet activity. The terminal truck is not on the balance sheet and the costs are charged directly to the profit and loss account.


The rental rates of a Terminal Tractor from the Terberg brand (type YT17, very user-friendly) are:


• Price per week from (depending on the year of construction of the tractor) €500.00 excl. VAT. with a minimum rental period of 3 months.
• Price per week € 487.50 excl. VAT. with a minimum rental period of 12 months.
• Price per week € 475.00 excl. VAT. with a minimum rental period of 24 months.
• Price per week € 462.50 excl. VAT. with a minimum rental period of 36 months.
• Price per week € 450.00 excl. VAT. with a minimum rental period of 48 months.
• Price for instruction/lesson hours is €82.50 per hour (excl. VAT).

The above rental rates include all general maintenance, annual inspection, and full Wa(M) + hull insurance*.



The terminal truck is Wa(M) and fully CASCO insured during the entire term, on our own property, but also on public roads. €2,500,000.00 for Wa(M) damage, and €5,000,000.00 for personal injury.

Deductible is €500.00 for Wa(M) damage, and €500.00 for hull damage per event. (The deductibles will therefore be charged separately by Terminal Trucks Leasing B.V. after damage has been incurred.

In the case of Wa + hull damage, you pay a maximum of € 1,000.00 for the deductible per event)

  • Guarantee

    Van Ginkel BV Rental & Sales guarantees that after reporting a defect or damage, a replacement terminal truck will be ready for you within 24 hours or that the repair will be resolved by Van Ginkel BV Rental & Sales within 24 hours.

  • Transport

    The price for transport is on request. The transport costs only apply to the rental contract of a terminal truck shorter than 12 months.

  • Payments

    Van Ginkel BV Rental & Sales invoices quarterly in advance with a payment term of 14 days.
